Eligibility:
Middle school or high school students (U.S. residents) living or attending school in a participating congressional district; may compete individually or on teams of up to four (at least 50% must be eligible in that district)

he Congressional App Challenge is a district‑based STEM competition where middle and high school students create original apps using any programming language or platform. Winners are recognized by their Member of Congress, may have their app displayed on House.gov and shown in the U.S. Capitol Building, and receive an invitation to #HouseOfCode, the annual showcase event in Washington, D.C.
