Works are blind-judged at regional and then national levels. Regional winners receive Gold Key, Silver Key, or Honorable Mention, and Gold Key works advance to national adjudication. National Medalists may earn scholarships of up to $12,500, exhibitions, publication opportunities, and participation in ceremonies in New York City
