Entrants may submit up to five poetry packets (each up to 6 poems, max 10 single‑spaced pages) and/or up to five prose packets (each containing up to 3 pieces, up to 3,500 combined words). Winners receive a $200 cash prize, publication in the Adroit Journal, and runners‑up receive copies of the judging author’s latest book. Finalists and scholar programs also offer additional recognition opportunities. Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but any prior or accepted published pieces in widely‑distributed outlets are excluded.
