The Tournament of Champions is one of the most prestigious national high school speech and debate championships in the United States. Hosted annually by the University of Kentucky, the TOC brings together top-performing students in Policy, Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum, Congressional Debate, and World Schools. Earning a bid to TOC is a major milestone in competitive debate, and participation in the event signifies elite standing in national or international circuits.
