The Fish Art Contest, hosted by Wildlife Forever, is a global art and writing competition designed to engage K–12 students in aquatic conservation through the arts. Participants create an original hand-drawn or painted illustration of a fish species and, if in grades 4–12, write a one-page essay about the species’ habitat, behavior, and ecological importance. The contest combines artistic creativity with scientific learning and conservation awareness. Winners receive national recognition, art supply prizes, and may be featured in wildlife publications or exhibitions.
